Borgo dei Conti Resort Relais & Chateaux is coming back after a deep and complete renovation.
From July 2024 a place full of charm and fascination.
The Spagnulo & Partners architecture studio has developed a project that emphasises the historical origin of the property and its landscape and natural value, immersed in a 20 hectare estate of centuries-old trees and olive trees. In the selection of the workers and partners, the choice of local craftsmen and materials was favoured, in order to achieve a sustainable renovation and to make Borgo dei Conti the cradle of Umbrian craftsmanship and material traditions.
The historic 19th century villa will have 21 keys including 13 suites from 50 to 116 square metres. Many communicating rooms perfectly designed to welcome multigenerational family reunions.
The ancient lemon house dating back to the early 1900s will be the place where we will welcome our guests in the Gourmet Restaurant in the evening and the place for breakfast each morning to savour the brightness and majesty of its spaces. The Villa's bar will be enhanced by the outdoor veranda located in the scenic cloister.
The Spa will reach a size of 650 square metres with a dedicated reception area, new individual and couples treatment cabins, new interior spaces with two saunas, a Turkish bath, an indoor jacuzzi, and a salt room. Among the new SPA services, the relaxation room and the heated indoor pool will be able to accommodate up to 12 people.
The Colonica will have 19 keys including many with romantic connotations perfect for wedding proposals, honeymoons and anniversaries.
The outdoor swimming pool with its incredible view over the estate and the Umbrian countryside will feature completely renovated furnishings. Next to the pool will be the pool bar and the Trattoria del Borgo with a catering proposal inspired by the territory and our must pizza.
The cinema under the stars and the amphitheatre will be the locations of extraordinary summer events reserved for our guests, from jazz jam sessions to classical music concerts to the projection of cult films of the la dolce vita. For families and children a new swimming pool and a dedicated area within the park.
Many new experiences can be enjoyed in our private park, such as truffle hunting possible from June to August, yoga and mindfulness in September, and the olive harvest in October. Cooking lessons, picnics in the olive grove, private dinners in the enchanting corners of the estate and in the 19th-century house of love nestled in the park are always available.
