The Chef

Emanuele Mazzella

Born in 1982 on the enchanting island of Ischia, Emanuele's culinary journey began amidst the flavors of his hometown. As the youngest of five siblings, he was instilled with a profound reverence for the land, traditions, and nature by his family.

While Emanuele's culinary roots took hold in Ischia, his appetite for growth and experimentation led him to seek out new culinary challenges, both in Italy and abroad. In December 2015, he clinched his first Michelin Star at Vespasia restaurant in Norcia, adding to an impressive array of accolades from L'Espresso, Gambero Rosso, and Passione Gourmet.
