Borgo dei Conti Resort hosts the opening event of “Chefs on a Journey between Sea and Land”, a gastronomic experience that blends talent, research, and the art of fine hospitality.
On October 29 at Ristorante Cedri, Chef Emanuele Mazzella will welcome his colleagues Daniele Galliazzo (Londra Palace Venezia) and Marco Marras (Villa Cordevigo) to create an exclusive tasting menu celebrating the encounter between sea and land, roots and innovation.

The chefs
Emanuele Mazzella – native of Ischia, he reinterprets Mediterranean flavors with elegance and creativity, in dialogue with the green soul of Umbria.
Daniele Galliazzo – Executive Chef of Londra Palace Venezia, blending cosmopolitan inspirations with the refinement of the Venetian lagoon.
Marco Marras – leading the Michelin-starred Ristorante Oseleta at Villa Cordevigo, he celebrates the harmony between Lake Garda and Sardinia, guided by seasonality.
